Dear Parent,
We’re honored to introduce you to Melodies for Memphis, a local nonprofit dedicated to sharing the gift of music with those who need it most. Our organization is powered by passionate youth volunteers who bring joy, connection, and healing to underserved communities through live performances in nursing homes, shelters, care facilities, and outreach programs.
At Melodies for Memphis, we believe music is more than entertainment—it’s a bridge between generations, a pathway to emotional well-being, a source of inspiration, and a tool for personal growth. Your child will have the opportunity to develop musically, express themselves creatively, and build character through meaningful service.
We take our responsibility to your child seriously. In every rehearsal, performance, and event, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where young musicians can thrive.
Thank you for considering Melodies for Memphis as part of your child’s journey. We look forward to making music—and making a difference—together.
Warm regards,
Jose Gabriel Ongsingco, MD
